Law firm Planinić & Partners Ltd provides comprehensive legal services to domestic and foreign legal entities, with a focus on legal consulting and representation.
We specialize in commercial law and corporate law. We support clients in their day to day business and have extensive experience in M&A transactions, company formation and advisory, corporate restructuring, due diligence, and direct investments.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lawyer at our Zagreb office, in Tkalčićeva 73 A. The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of legal cases, providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role also involves collaborating with other attorneys on complex legal matters, overseeing junior lawyers, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Additionally, the Senior Lawyer will support the firm in business development activities and foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

– Master’s degree
– Minimum of 3 years of legal experience
– Conversational proficiency in English
– Valid driver’s license (preferred)
– Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– High level of ethics, and confidentiality
